Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Gable Grassroots Consulting, we strive to deliver excellent service and provide value through our consulting, software, and digital solutions. Please review our policy regarding cancellations, refunds, and billing.


1. Consulting Services

  • Payments: All consulting service fees are due in advance, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel a consulting session with at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule without penalty.

  • Refunds: Consulting services are non-refundable once delivered. If you prepay and cancel before services begin, you may request a partial refund (minus any preparation time or administrative costs already incurred).


2. Job Flow PRO (Software Subscription)

  • Free Trial: If a free trial period is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends (unless you choose a paid plan earlier).

  • Recurring Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your plan. Charges will recur automatically until canceled.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time by contacting us or through your account dashboard. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be made at least 3 business days before your renewal date.

  • Refunds: Because Job Flow PRO is a SaaS platform, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.


3. Web Design & Digital Services

  • Deposits: Some projects may require an upfront deposit before work begins.

  • Project Cancellations: If you cancel after work has started, the deposit is non-refundable and additional charges may apply for work completed up to the cancellation date.

  • Final Payment: Final payment is due upon project completion and approval. Once delivered, payments for design or development services are non-refundable.


4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in cases of:

  • Duplicate charges or billing errors.

  • Failure to deliver services as agreed, where fault lies solely with Gable Grassroots Consulting.

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date revised.
